Avengers 5: Members, powers, bad guys … all that is expected of the future team of the MCU

It is not that the Avengers we miss already, but a little anyway!

Iron Man, Captain America, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Hulk, Thor, these six heroes were the first ever MCU Avengers. If Avengers Endgame forced us to say goodbye to some of them, it was not a goodbye to the Avengers. Indeed, Kevin Feige, the president of Marvel Studios, has confirmed that an Avengers 5 movie will see the light of day. We are therefore expecting to discover a brand new team of superheroes ready to save the Earth, to see the entire universe. Who will they be? What powers will they have? Who will they fight? If it will take patience to discover it, we can still think about what is expected of the future team of Avengers!

MCU heroines gang up on Thanos
If there is one thing that phases 4 and 5 will bring into the MCU, it is diversity. The film Les Éternels, for example, will feature not only female characters and colored characters, but also the MCU’s first LGBTQ + superhero, and even a dumb heroine. So we imagine a new team Avengers follow a different route. Beyond the ethnic and sexual diversity, it is a whole new group of heroes with diverse and varied powers that we hope to see. Whether they are immortal, endowed with superhuman faculties, they fight the vampires, or they master the magic.

Avengers 5

Since Kevin Feige has confirmed that the X-Men and Fantastic 4 would be part of the MCU, waiting for their arrival is more and more difficult. Both families of superheroes have beautiful things to offer, whether in terms of super powers or characters, including charismatic villains. They could very well give a little help to the new Avengers, or why not face them. Marvel Studios would have already in the idea of making a film opposing the X-Men to Avengers.

The Wasp, Ant-Man and Cassie Lang in Avengers Endgame

The arrival of Peter Parker in the MCU had blown like a wind of freshness and youth. Only, now that he left the Disney team to return to Sony, it lacks a bit of youth at the Avengers! The reinforcements should arrive thanks to the Disney + series in which we find Kate Bishop, formed by Hawkeye, as well as Ms Marvel. Not to mention Ant-Man’s daughter, Cassie Lang, who appeared in Avengers Endgame. And from here Avengers 5, Marvel Studios has plenty of time to introduce new young heroes, and why not set the stage for a Young Avengers movie.

Dr. Strange
Battles through different dimensions and different universes, different versions of the Earth, heroes who come back in an evil version … the multiverse is full of promise. If it will undoubtedly be explored in Doctor Strange 2, we also hope to see it in the heart of the plot of the future film Avengers.

Avengers 5

Thanos in Infinity War Avengers

Thanos showed the Avengers all the colors, so much so that Iron Man had no choice but to sacrifice himself to save everyone. We hope that the new team of Avengers will also be entitled to a super-villain worthy of the name. If Marvel thinks of introducing Dr. Fatalis, the world-devourer Galactus also seems to be a good candidate.

Avengers 5

Captain America: Civil War

If Civil War is now almost an anecdote, the saga of the Stones of Infinity has forever marked the MCU. Avengers Infinity War and Avengers Endgame have been major events in the universe, and it seems logical to imagine that Marvel will introduce another (or more) soon. And it’s not the inspirations that are missing in the comics! In Secret Wars, for example, Nick Fury manipulates the heroes to go to war in Latvia, where a group of super-villains would have gathered. This scenario would make it possible to make a link with the 4 Fantastics and Dr. Fatalis.
