It’s official, the rapper Cardi B is now part of the cast of the Fast and Furious franchise.
After John Cena, it’s the turn of rapper Cardi B to enter the Fast and Furious family. Indeed, as reported by the American media Entertainment Weekly, she officially joined the cast of the ninth installment of Fast and Furious for a small role. It is also Vin Diesel who teased his arrival on Instagram, posting a video on which they appear both at the scene of the shooting of the film, in England. Vin Diesel is not at its first revelation since it also proceeded, in the same way, to announce the return of Helen Miren in the role of Magdalene Shaw, also on the poster of Fast and Furious 9.
In the images shared (see above), the two actors say they are exhausted after the shooting, but especially enthusiastic about sharing the film, in which they put all their heart. Winner of the Grammy Award for best rap album in 2019, Cardi B is best known for his music. On the cinema side, however, she is not at his first attempt, since she is currently on display with Queens (Hustlers) alongside Jennifer Lopez and Lili Reinhart of the Riverdale series. If the return of Dwayne Johnson, Luke Hobbs, in Fast and Furious 9 is still uncertain, we already know that Michelle Rodriguez, Charlize Theron, Ludacris, Tyrese Gibson, Jordana Brewster, and Nathalie Emmanuel will be in the game again
